All images and purchased prints are copyright protected under international
copyright laws. Great Event Photography retains the copyright in these
images and they may not be copied, published or reproduced in any form
without our prior written consent.
You may not use a product to suggest an endorsement or affiliation with any
third party, person, product or trademark without obtaining permission from
such third parties.
This website is copyright protected and no part can be reproduced in any form
whatsoever without the prior written consent of Great Event Photography.
Payment
We accept most credit and debit cards for online ordering using our fully
encrypted secure web server. Please ensure that all details given for payment
are correct . We require your name, card number and expiry date, delivery
address, email address and phone number to acknowledge your transaction
and process your order.
There is no VAT payable and all transactions are in pounds sterling.
Please make cheques payable to Great Event Photography.
Orders will not be dispatched until payment has been made in full.
Delivery
Postage and packing is added to your order. All deliveries are Royal
Mail Recorded or Special Delivery. Other delivery options are available on
request. Normal delivery time is within 5 working days, if you have not
received your full order within 14 days please click here to contact us.
Please make sure you have supplied the correct address for delivery as
we cannot accept responsibility for failed deliveries due to incorrect
information.
Refund Policy
Your photographs are unique products, personal to you, and as such we are
unable to offer refunds unless they have been damaged during delivery for
which we will arrange a full replacement.
Please remember when ordering photographs to give us the correct image
number, size and quantity required.
We want you to be completely satisfied with your order, if there is a problem
or enquiry regarding your photographs please click here to contact us.
Your statutory consumer rights are not affected.
Privacy Policy
The personal information we collect about you is only used lawfully, and in
accordance with the data Protection Act 1988,for the payment and delivery
of your order. Our commitment to your privacy means we will not allow
your personal information to be used by others.
Website Use
Great Event Photography does not guarantee the functionality of this website
and the information it contains, whether it is virus free or safe from third
party alteration.
Great Event Photography will not be liable for any damages of any kind that
may result from your access to this website or use of the photographs.
Your use of this website and the information it contains is at your own risk.
